My name is Polly and I’m a registered health coach and clinical nutrition student.

2 years ago, I made the career-altering decision to leave brand design behind and start fresh in the health industry. I have always had a passion for health & wellness and knew that it was now or never to make the leap.

I am beyond excited to now get to help amazing women (just like you) take control of their health and learn how to nourish themselves intuitively.
